Hot Chocolate Mix

Basic Recipe:
1 Tblsp Cocoa
3 Tblsp sugar
3/4 cup dry milk (if 3/4 cup dry = 1 quart reconstituted)

Gourmet mixes often vary the types of sugar used: pwd, brown, granulated or a blend of the three. You can also add vanilla or cinnamon. The vanilla will need to be in pwd form or added with the liquid ingredients.

Gift Tag: Add 1/4 cup mix to 1 cup water. Heat until cocoa dissolves. Enjoy!
